I'm not the town crier. I'm not a billboard or a newsletter, but when I find some Good News I want to share the good News with others. My husband and I go to Meadowbrook Church in Ocala, FL.. Doctor (Pastor) Tim Gilligan is the Senior Pastor. We are a church of over 21,000 and growing. My husband and I have learned more in this church in the 28 plus years we have attended than in any other church in our lives. You may ask learned what? Glad you asked! Learn how to live a Godly life in this world. No, not everything is perfect but, we have learned how to believe in God's Word to helus through tough times. Tough times don't last! You say I've had it tough all my life. Well then stop trying to do all things on your own. Be in training with God. Truly believe God will pull you through. Your part is believing God wil do this for you. When you want to put a bike together to do it right you read the instructions. The bible is the instruction manual for how to get it together and get through tough times (stay above water). You already know what the world can do to you. It's time to know what God had done for you.   PRAYER OF SALVATION - Have you opened up the door of your heart to Jesus? Is He the Savior and Lord of your life? Perhaps you have never invited Jesus to be your personal Savior but, you want to do that right now. Yes, I encourage you to pray this prayer from your heart and speak it out of your mouth. As you do, God will hear you and answer your prayer. PRAY THIS PRAYER: Father God, I come to you now in the Name of Jesus. Jesus, you loved me enough to give yourself for me, so right now I give myself to You. I ask You to come into my heart and life and be my Savior and Lord. Forgive me right now of every sin. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness by your blood that was shed for me. Make me brand new and fill me with your peace, with your joy, with your Holy Spirit and with the assurance that you'll never leave me or forsake me. I thank you now for answering my prayer. In Jesus' name. Amen.  Prayer of Consecration - You might say I am saved but I have some areas in my life in which I need to get right with the Lord. Are you sure Jesus is on the throne of your heart? God knows where your at. He knows what's going on in your life. He loves you and wants to help you. With this in mind, I urge you to pray this prayer of consecration. Then Just believe God to go to work on your behalf as you take your hands off your circumstances and determine to trust in Him. PRAY THIS PRAYER: Father God, I declare that you are the most high God, my creator, my redeemer and my deliverer. Your thoughts and ways are higher than my thoughts and ways. Therefore, I trust your plans for my life. I thank you that you bring me out, so you might bring me into all that you have purposed for my life. Right now I acknowledge and repent of anything in my life that is not pleasing in your sight. I renounce these sinful things and I ask you now by the blood of Jesus to thoroughly cleanse me, forgive me and make me brand new. I thank you, Father, for doing that. I also, thank you for helping me in the days ahead should any of these strongholds try to resurface in my life. If that happens, I determine right now to knock every one of them back down by your Word, so that I am not hindered from entering into all that you have for me.
